JJ 55 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights and Responsibilities for All Pakistan Players

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JJ 55. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read these terms in full and understood their content.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legal for you.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate and current.
• You accept sole responsibility for any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active JJ 55 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a natural person — corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Provide your full legal name, date of birth and residential address accurately.
• Not be a current employee, director, agent or immediate family member of a JJ 55 employee.
• Not have a previously closed or suspended JJ 55 account under any name or identity.

JJ 55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within 14 days of a request may be suspended pending resolution. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period will not be released until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Account Rules

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one JJ 55 account. Opening or attempting to open a second account — even under a different name, phone number or payment method — is a material breach of these terms. JJ 55 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts belonging to the same individual will be permanently closed.
• Any bonus funds in all accounts will be forfeited.
• Real money balances in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending fraud investigation.
• The individual will be permanently barred from opening future JJ 55 accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJ 55 login credentials. All activity that occurs on your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified JJ 55 of unauthorised access before that activity occurred. Notify support immediately at support@jj55.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your JJ 55 account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All deposits to JJ 55 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JJ 55 accepts the following payment methods from Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers, instant confirmation
• NayaPay — digital wallet, instant confirmation
• SadaPay — digital wallet, instant confirmation
• IBFT Bank Transfer — same-day processing during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards — instant confirmation

The minimum deposit at JJ 55 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though JJ 55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits consistent with responsible gaming obligations.

6. Withdrawals

JJ 55 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all Pakistani players. The standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: Typically under 5 minutes, available 24/7.
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically under 10 minutes, available 24/7.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests received before 15:00 PKT on a banking day. Requests after 15:00 or on weekends settle the next banking day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6.1 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no daily maximum for standard accounts, though JJ 55 may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 500,000 in a single transaction. This is standard anti-money-laundering procedure and not a penalty — simply contact support and the documentation requirement will be communicated clearly.

6.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

JJ 55 requires all accounts to complete identity verification (CNIC verification and payment method confirmation) before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed without additional documentation unless JJ 55's compliance obligations require otherwise.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

JJ 55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonus amounts are credited in PKR to the player's Bonus Balance.
• Standard wagering requirement: 10× the bonus amount on eligible products within 30 days of credit unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum eligible odds for sports wagering contributions to bonus wagering: 1.60 decimal.
• Sports betting contributes 100% to wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Aviator contributes 50%. Fishing games contribute 50%.
• Cashback bonuses carry zero wagering requirements and are credited as real money.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, household and payment method.
• JJ 55 reserves the right to cancel or amend promotions at any time. Any cancellation will be notified to eligible players by the original promotional channel.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on JJ 55 are subject to acceptance at the offered odds. JJ 55 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event's outcome is already known, where a market is in error, or where system technical issues have generated incorrect odds. Any bet placed in such circumstances will be voided and the stake returned.

8.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on all sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport and account tier. VIP account holders enjoy higher maximum stakes. JJ 55 may adjust individual player maximum stake limits where betting patterns indicate bonus abuse or arbitrage activity.

8.3 Abandoned & Suspended Matches

For cricket matches — including all PSL fixtures — if a match is abandoned without a DLS result being applicable, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. If fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, match-specific markets (top batsman, total runs) are also voided. If a DLS result is declared, that result stands for all match outcome bets. PSL abandonments follow the official PCB playing conditions.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. JJ 55 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time for operational, data integrity or responsible gaming reasons. Bets confirmed before a live market suspension remain valid unless the odds were materially incorrect due to a data error.

9. Casino, Aviator & Fishing Games

Casino games, Aviator and fishing games on JJ 55 operate on certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Aviator uses a provably fair system where players can verify the fairness of each round using the published seed before the round begins.

Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. JJ 55 does not reverse game outcomes for reasons other than verified technical malfunction. Where a verified technical malfunction causes an incorrect game result, the affected round is voided and stakes returned. Maximum win limits apply to individual game rounds and jackpot prizes — specific limits are displayed within each game interface.

Fishing game tournaments operate under separate prize pool rules published with each tournament. Weekly fishing tournament prize pools are distributed as real money without additional wagering requirements.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JJ 55 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account under any identity or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate match or game outcomes.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome not available to the general public.
• Any form of money laundering activity using JJ 55 as a conduit.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person in a jurisdiction where such access would be illegal.

11. Responsible Gaming

JJ 55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Pakistani players seriously. The following tools are available from your Account Settings at any time:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit in any given period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Once reached, new bets are declined until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Receive a pop-up notification after a set time period reminding you how long you have been logged in.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your net win/loss position during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from JJ 55 for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

12. Privacy

In summary, JJ 55 collects your data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with legal obligations. JJ 55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for a minimum of five years from account closure in accordance with financial record-keeping obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

JJ 55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain 99.9% uptime, JJ 55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical errors beyond JJ 55's reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network outages.
• Third-party payment provider delays or outages (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank networks).
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action or civil unrest.

JJ 55's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the player's total deposits in the 30 days prior to the incident, or (b) Rs 1,000,000. JJ 55 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages under any circumstances.

14. Changes to These Terms

JJ 55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JJ 55 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify all registered players by SMS or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect for material amendments.
• Display a prominent notification banner on the platform for a minimum of 7 days after any update.

Continued use of the JJ 55 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your real money balance.
